A new pattern in the works…

I pinned together this cocoon sweater to check the fit. I don’t think I have much left to knit! Yay! πŸ‘

I’ll be writing a pattern for this one! The texture is just to die for!

It’s more of a Fall pattern, so I won’t be rushing to publish it, but I’ll certainly have it out by the end of the summer.

A sweater for a friend…

I have been working on a Brunch Anyone sweater for a friend and I have finally finished it!

I gave it a try on to make sure the neck was centered and it looks good, so now to weave those ends in!

The Brunch Anyone Sweater is a beginner friendly pattern that’s created with DK yarn and utilizes only the garter stitch.

The pattern is available in my Etsy shop and over at lovecrafts.

It’s the perfect spring time sweater so grab your copy today! πŸ™‚

Happy knitting.

Garnet Red…

I’m done my Brunch Anyone? sweater in Garnet red! Just in time for Valentine’s Day! ❀️

I’m choosing to wear this one without the seams exposed for a more polished look, but I could always turn it inside out exposing the seams for a casual, weekend feel.

This boxy sweater is knit using DK yarn and has 3/4 lengths sleeves and a boat neckline. The pattern is very beginner friendly and comes with instructions on how to modify the size.

Grab a copy today in my Etsy shop. It’s a quick knit and you could finish it in a few days! πŸ™‚

The Ripple Effect sweater…

I took some photos today of my Ripple Effect Sweater.

I’ve updated the pattern a bit so I wanted to take photos of the new one I made that reflects a better fit.

The updated version is now available in my Etsy shop and over at lovecrafts.com.

It’s a great sweater to transition you from Winter to Spring. πŸ¦‹

Another toddler sweater…

So I finished this toddler sweater. Yay me! LOL! It’s such a quick knit.

I used up the left over yarn from my “Fall Rushes In Wrap”.

I made it a bit bigger than needed so hopefully the little guy will get at least 2 seasons out if it.

I can’t wait to see it on him! πŸ™‚

Happy Saturday everyone.

River Rocks Swoncho…

My “River Rocks Swoncho” is done!

It’s the ultimate big, cozy sweater that’s perfect paired with your favourite leggings. Or wear it as a poncho!

It’s knit in 2 pieces using 2 strands of yarn held at one time and seamed together so perfect for the beginner knitter.

I still have to finish writing out the pattern and take pictures so the pattern should be ready to release by mid January.

Stay tuned! 😁

A Swoncho?

Another simple sweater I’m knitting using Caron Simply Soft yarn in Charcoal Heather.

Some may think it’s a poncho, but it’s going to be sewn together more like a sweater.

Maybe it should be called a swoncho??? πŸ€” Lol!

What are you working on today?
