Oops…

Well, I cast on another project! 😁

I promised myself I wouldn’t because I only had 2 projects on needles and was going to finish those first, but this gorgeous Ocean Blue yarn was just begging to be used!

I’m making myself another Meet Me For Coffee sweater. ☕️ A boxy, oversized sweater to throw on over a tank or tee for those casual coffee dates.

It’s a beginner friendly pattern and it’s available in my Etsy shop – http://www.etsy.ca/shop/PeartreeKnitting.

Check it out! You may want to make one for yourself too! 😉

Have a great weekend everyone!

A sweater for a friend…

I have been working on a Brunch Anyone sweater for a friend and I have finally finished it!

I gave it a try on to make sure the neck was centered and it looks good, so now to weave those ends in!

The Brunch Anyone Sweater is a beginner friendly pattern that’s created with DK yarn and utilizes only the garter stitch.

The pattern is available in my Etsy shop and over at lovecrafts.

It’s the perfect spring time sweater so grab your copy today! 🙂

Happy knitting.

Garnet Red…

I’m done my Brunch Anyone? sweater in Garnet red! Just in time for Valentine’s Day! ❤️

I’m choosing to wear this one without the seams exposed for a more polished look, but I could always turn it inside out exposing the seams for a casual, weekend feel.

This boxy sweater is knit using DK yarn and has 3/4 lengths sleeves and a boat neckline. The pattern is very beginner friendly and comes with instructions on how to modify the size.

Grab a copy today in my Etsy shop. It’s a quick knit and you could finish it in a few days! 🙂

Happy knitting!

A Swoncho?

Another simple sweater I’m knitting using Caron Simply Soft yarn in Charcoal Heather.

Some may think it’s a poncho, but it’s going to be sewn together more like a sweater.

Maybe it should be called a swoncho??? 🤔 Lol!

What are you working on today?

PATTERN RELEASE – Brunch Anyone?

Finally the Bruch Anyone? sweater pattern has been released!

The Brunch Anyone? sweater is a very boxy, loose fitting sweater that flatters many different shapes.

It’s a cropped sweater that features 3/4 length sleeves and a boat neckline.

Knit with US size 9 circular needles (to hold the stitches only as the piece is knit flat) using approximately 1000 yards of acrylic DK weight yarn (also known as #3 or light weight). I used Stylecraft Special DK in Khaki.

Available in my Etsy shop and over at loveknitting.com.

This pattern is beginner friendly, but if you need help, I’m always here to answer any questions you may have!

HAPPY KNITTING!
