My second pattern re-do complete…

My Demi Gloves pattern re-do is now done.

The pattern will be staying the same so you can still purchase it, it just won’t have really nice photos. 😉

I’m going through some of the first patterns I wrote to update the photos but also the pattern itself if needed. I want to make sure my instructions are clear.

I still have a few more patterns to re-do, but also new patterns to write up, so it’ll be a busy year for me.

I’m hoping to book a photo session late Spring so I can get everything updated and published by Fall. That’s the plan anyway.

Well, I have a lot of knitting to do and it won’t get done on it’s own, so off I go.

Have a great weekend and happy knitting.

Diana

2 new patterns coming soon…

Hello everyone!

I’ve finally completed one project I’m writing a pattern for. Yay! I just have to sew it up, take photos and write out the pattern.

Here’s a sneak peek.

I’ve also started another project I’ll be writing a pattern for.  It’s a baby blanket.  It’s double knit so it will be SUPER thick. I’ve knit it on smaller needles resulting in a tight knit so those little fingers can’t get caught in it.  It’s also so cushy you can use it for a play mat.  😀

So stay tuned!  The patterns will be available on loveknitting.com, Ravelry and in my Etsy shop.

Off to get these done. 😉

Happy knitting!

Working away…

Hello there!

I’m still working away re-making some of my patterns.  It’s been fun to make some of my oldest patterns again!  🙂

I still have a few more to do, and then I’m going to photograph them and update the patterns.

It’s a slow going project, but I’m not in a hurry!

Happy knitting!

A customers cushions…

Hello!

I just wanted to share with you some cushions that were made by a customer using my “Horizon” cushion cover pattern and my “Sunset” cushion cover pattern.

She changed the colours up to co-ordinate with her decor and they turned out absolutely amazing!

Cushion pattern…

My “Horizon” cushion cover pattern is now available for sale over at loveknitting.com.

I created it to go with the “Lost At Sea” cushion cover.   I used 100% Rico cotton.  I just LOVE this yarn! It knits up so well.

Such a great simple weekend project for the beginner knitter!

Happy knitting!

I’m so excited!

I’m almost done my first ebook!

I just have to make a couple of pom-poms, take some more photos, add them to my book, proof read and it’s ready to upload to loveknitting.com!

It will contain 8 beginner to intermediate knitting patterns to help keep you warm this winter.

Super easy winter hat…

Good afternoon everyone!

I thought I would share today a super easy hat pattern. You can literally complete this hat in a few hours!

It consists of your basic ribbing (knit 1, purl 1)and the garter stitch (knitting every row).  I used 2 strands of DK yarn at one time to make it extra cozy.

You can find the pattern here!
